These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

Placing an order

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us before placing an order.

Online ordering with us is safe and secure! We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo and PayPal payments for orders placed on the website.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit or debit card to conduct commerce on our site. We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. All transactions are conducted using 128-bit encryption. Click the padlock icon to view our digital certificate. This online system is 100% secure!

Of course, you may call us and place a telephone order with your credit or debit card, but please order online if possible. It helps us keep our costs, (and consequently our prices), as low as possible.

Cancelling an order

You may normally cancel your order, (once accepted by us), for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the order within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 5 days.

Return / Refund Policy

We are one of the leading suppliers of cigar humidors and accessories in the UK and we want you to be happy with your purchases. We try to describe all of our products as accurately as possible and provide high quality photographs. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the suitability of a product, please contact us before making a purchase. If you are purchasing a cigar humidor for the first time and require advice, please get in touch before you commit to buy the product. Customers with questions who speak to us before making a purchase, rarely need to take advantage of our returns policy!

  • If you are not entirely delighted with a product that you have purchased from our store, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, (with all accessories, inserts, manuals, and warranty cards not filled-out), in perfect condition, unused, and carefully repackaged in the original packing. If we determine that a refund is in order, we will refund you for the cost of the returned products less the shipping and handling fees. The refund will be made in the same form as your payment.
  • Please contact us before returning any item.
  • For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
  • When returning items you are strongly recommended to send them using an insured and signed-for service. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit!
  • We will only refund or provide an exchange for the original postage and packing costs where the item returned is faulty.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated, based on the number of items, size, weight, destination and delivery service, at the checkout stage. Typically, one or more delivery options will be offered. eg. Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery, or an expedited courier delivery service.

Important instructions relating to the acceptance of goods delivered by a courier service. Claims for damage sustained to goods in transit can only be considered if these instructions have been followed exactly!

Over 99% of the goods we ship are delivered on time and arrive in excellent condition. But occasionally, despite our best efforts at packaging your purchase to ensure that it arrives in exactly the same condition as it left our warehouse, a package may be damaged in transit. Please read the terms and conditions below. It is your responsibility to follow them.

  • Your goods have been shipped via courier and a signature will be required from you at the time of delivery to accept the goods.
  • There are 3 acceptable ways of signing for the delivery:

    1. Give an unconditional signature only if you are satisfied with the condition of the goods.
    2. In the unlikely event that the parcel is presented to you in a damaged condition, please write 'DAMAGED' on the delivery note with your signature.
    3. Please ensure that you are only signing for the number of parcels being presented, and indicate next to your signature the number of parcels received if it does not match the number shown on the manifest.
  • Signing for the delivery as "Unchecked" or "Uninspected" is not sufficient and will not give you any right to claim for damage or short delivery at a later time!
  • Claims for damage sustained to goods in transit can only be considered if:

    1. You have signed for the delivery as 'DAMAGED'.
    2. You inform us within 24 hours of the delivery.
  • If there is no one available to sign for the item, the courier will leave a card indicating the date and time of the visit, the consignment reference and a contact phone number for the courier. It will be your responsibility to contact the courier to arrange for re-delivery.
  • If the item is returned to us because the address you supplied was incorrect or incomplete or you have failed to respond within a reasonable time to a card left by the courier then you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are shown both inclusive and exclusive of VAT in UK Pounds Sterling (£). Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Conformity of goods

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time they were entered on our website catalogue. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, rest assured it will be dealt with promptly, confidentially, and effectively. We will reply within 5 working days.
